The apartment was superb base for sightseeing in Laganas, appreciated it. The location was amazing - just a walk to Agios Sostis Beach. What's more, I was just off Laganas in max 5 minutes by car and the Nel Mare.

Everything was fantastic.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The location is jaw-dropping, right on one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. All the main services are just around the corner. The facilities are super well-equipped, with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and even an electric kettle in the room. The host, Doni, is an absolute gem. He's always there to help, giving suggestions for great excursions and organizing everything for us. The beach access is simply amazing, with free sun loungers and beach umbrellas. We even saw turtles while snorkeling! And the fact that there's no smoking and no pets allowed ensures a clean and pleasant atmosphere. Thank you for the incredible time, we can't wait to come back!

The location of these studios is absolutely perfect, right on the beach with jaw-dropping views. Everything you need is within walking distance, including supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. Swimming with turtles every day is mind-blowing! The owner is super helpful and friendly, providing great recommendations for places to eat and things to see. This place is ideal for families and anyone looking for a relaxing and calm spot near the bustling Laganas. Communication prior to arrival was quick and informative, and check-in was smooth thanks to the amazing host Dion. The apartments are basic but very clean, offering excellent value for money. The beach access is fantastic, with free sun loungers and beach umbrellas available. The location is quiet yet still close to the city center, providing the perfect balance. The host went above and beyond, allowing us to stay as long as we wanted on our checkout day. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Zakynthos!

Had a real good stay for the perfect vacation. It was located in a lovely quiet area in Zakynthos island.

The location is perfect, right on the beach with a fine view of the bay. The hotel facilities were great, withvery comfy and tidy rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel like a valued guest. the hotel had its own private sunbeds on the beach, making it convenient and enjoyable to relax by the sea.

Free sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach, great for tanning and avoiding pesky sand. Plus, the apartment had a TV, perfect for binge-watching my favorite shows. I had the whole place to myself, no need to deal with annoying neighbors.

The apartment at Nel Mare Studios in Laganas felt like a cozy home away from home. The air conditioning kept me cool during the hot days, and I loved having a kitchenette with a toaster to prepare quick meals. The furnished balcony was a perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee, surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature. The tile/marble floor gave the studio a refreshing vibe, and the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch. as someone who wants to be close to nature, this apartment provided the perfect balance of comfort and simplicity.

I personally wished the apartment had a more spacious bathroom. But hey, that's just my opinion, and others may still find it perfectly fine.

Always stay at Nel Mare Studios for my visits. No regrets! Staff helped me with evening plans first time. Perfect place with Wi-Fi, car park, AC, shuttle, beach access. Can't wait to come back for Christmas!
